FronteraDocs ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-assisted bilingual legal document preparation for binational US-Mexico families. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We do not represent users in any legal proceeding. The documents we generate are templates customized to your inputs and are intended as a starting point for further review.

2. No attorney-client relationship

Use of our service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and FronteraDocs. We strongly recommend having any document reviewed by a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction(s) before signing or relying on it. Information you provide to us is not protected by attorney-client privilege.

3. Accuracy and limitations

While we make every effort to generate accurate, well-formatted documents, we cannot guarantee that any generated document will be accepted by every notary, court, or government agency, or will be effective for every purpose. Laws change. Specific situations may require provisions our standard documents do not include. You are responsible for reviewing each document for accuracy before signing.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and shown clearly before purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe. By submitting payment you authorize us to charge the listed price. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to provide truthful information when generating documents and not to use our service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FronteraDocs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific document at issue.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify customers of material changes by email when reasonable to do so.

What we collect

When you use FronteraDocs, we collect the information you enter into our document generation forms (names, addresses, ID numbers, financial information you choose to include). We also collect the email associated with your payment via Stripe.

We collect technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited. We use this only to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

Information you provide is used solely to generate your requested document and process your payment. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data (totals and patterns with no personal identifiers) to improve our service.

Third-party services

We use the following third parties to operate the service:

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Anthropic — AI document generation. Document content is processed through Anthropic's API; per their policy, API content is not used to train models.
• Vercel — hosting infrastructure.

Data retention

We retain payment records as required by law (typically 7 years for tax purposes). Document content you submit is not stored on our servers after generation completes — once you receive your document, the form data is deleted from active storage.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Email support@fronteradocs.com with your request.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and browser storage to remember your language preference and maintain your session during the payment process. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How it works

1. Email support@fronteradocs.com within 7 days of your purchase.
2. Include the email address you used to purchase and a brief note (for our records — not required to be accepted).
3. We process refunds within 2 business days. The refund appears in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What's covered

Every document purchase comes with this guarantee:

• All single document purchases (Power of Attorney, Will, etc.)
• Bundle purchases — full refund of the bundle
• Documents that didn't generate properly — automatic refund or free regeneration

After 7 days

After the 7-day window, we still consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if there's a clear issue with the document we provided. Contact us — we want you to be satisfied.
